Abstract
Thisstudy showed thatthe lens in baloot muluki fish Chondrostoma regiumis transparent, sphericalshape, and solidin textures, while in thetree frogHylaarboreasavignyi, freshwater turtles Clemmys caspia caspia, white–eared bulbul Pycnonotus leucotisandbrown ratRattus norvegicusaretransparent, soft and biconvex, it is very soft in white–eared bulbul. There are manysignificant differenceshave beenrecorded between the average weight lens and the total concentration of the protein in the lens allstudiedanimals. Electrical migration process for lens proteins showedthat there isone bundle of crystalline –α and one bundle also crystalline–β in all studied species, eithercrystalline–γ may represent one bundle characterized the lens proteins in baloot muluki fish, tree frog, freshwater turtles, and brown rat, whileone bundle fromcrystalline–δ appeared in lens proteinsof thewhite –eared bulbul
