Abstract
Routine production techniques have been developed to supply high purity of copper powder in sufficient quantities to meet the needs .Electrolytic cell with bipolar electrodes(each electrode works inside as anode and cathode in the same time ) was used to produces afine powder less than 125 micron without grinding ,it was about 22%for pilot plant and 95%for labscale from the final product .This method is very useful economically because can be reducing the numbers of grinding mechins , furnaces for drying powder and time ,addition to that to get powder without oils in agood phiscal form which suitable for catalystes made .This research describes the equipment and operating procedure.
