تقييم مصفوفة القسيمات القليلة الغضروفية للبروتين في أمصال المرضى العراقيين المصابين بالتهاب المفاصل الروماتويدي

تم تقييم أهمية العلامات الحيوية للكيماويات (بروتين مصفوفة قليل القسيم الغضروفي) في مصل 80 من التهاب المفاصل الرثوي ((RA و 40 من الرجال والنساء الأصحاء ، تم استخدام اختبار ELISA Kit في جهاز Human Reader HS لقياس المصل COMP و CRP و RF و Nihon, تم استخدام جهاز تحليل Kohden Europe (MEK-6550K) لاختبار تعداد الدم الكامل ، ومعدل ترسيب كرات الدم الحمراء ((ESR في جهاز Westergren في هذا التقييم. أظهرت النتائج أن COMP و CRP و RF و ESR أظهرت زيادة كبيرة في الوسيط في مرضى RA مقارنة بمجموعة الأصحاء (نانوغرام / مل 1.34±47.79 مقابل COMP:104.79±1.95 ; جزء من الغرام. / مل.35.14± 411271. مقابل CRP: 2442.09±172.32; نانوغرام / مل34±0.024 .0 مقابل RF: 0.92±0.03 ; مم / ساعة ±1.1315.53مقابل ESR:33.81±2.52) .كشف تحليل الانحدار اللوجستي الثنائي أن COMP كانت مؤشرا هاما عل.RA كشف تحليل منحنى ROC أيضًا أن COMP سجلت منطقة تحت منحنى 1.00 في مرضى .RA في الختام ، يعد COMP في المصل معلمة تشخيصية موثوقة قد تميز بدقة بين أولئك الذين يعانون من التهاب المفاصل الرثوي النشط والأفراد الأصحاء.
